The City of Muskogee is looking for building plans that range from 1 bedroom/1 bath combination up to a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom combination for both single-family and two-family residential structures. Building sizes should generally range from 800 to 1400 square feet and each set of building plans should account for parking (via a parking pad, detached garage, or attached garage). The City of Muskogee Requests at least one of each of the following to be included to be both left and right oriented: -One-Story Single Family, 2 Bed/2 Bath at least 800 square feet of living space - Two-Story Single Family/Townhome 3 Bed/2 Bath at least 1000 of living space -Duplex 2 Bed/2 Bath and/or 3 Bed/2 Bath at least 1,200 square feet of living space - Tiny Home at 400 square feet of living space
