If the stop-work order is issued against a subcontractor, the general contractor may terminate that subcontractor from the project in accordance with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.35(d). Minimum wage rates for this project shall be as specified in the "Prevailing Wage Determination of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development" on file with this Department.
