The purpose of these roadway engineering assessments is to ensure that an appropriate amount of engineering assessment is undertaken to determine the scope of projects before detailed engineering work is undertaken. This is also an opportunity to build consensus on safety, engineering and programming strategies. Each roadway engineering assessment in the regional assignment consists of five (5) distinct types of tasks, namely: .1 Geometric Assessment; .2 In-Service Safety Review; .3 Roadway Appurtenances; .4 Traffic Data; and .5 Ad Hoc Engineering Services. THE PROPOSAL MUST BE SUBMITTED IN TWO SEPARATE FILES; PART ONE (TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS) AND PART TWO (PROPOSAL FEE), PDF DOCUMENTS BOTH LESS THAN 10MB IN SIZE.
