The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from Suppliers for the provision of provision of Grounds Maintenance Services. The WCB is seeking a single Service Provider to provide Snow Removal and Landscaping Services for three (3) building sites located in Edmonton as per the specifications outlined in this RFP document. The Service Provider is required to submit a bid which includes both snow removal and landscaping services for all locations in order to have their submission considered. This contract aims to ensure well-maintained, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing exterior grounds that support a safe and professional environment year-round. Prior to the WCB signing an Agreement, the Service Provider is required to provide a Performance Bond (from a Corporation existing under the laws of Canada and duly authorized to transact the business of suretyship in Canada) or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (from a Canadian Financial Institution) in the amount of $50,000.00 (fifty thousand dollars). The WCB will not enter into an Agreement until this is provided. The term of the Performance Bond / Irrevocable Letter of Credit Must be equal to the initial term of the Agreement and shall be renewed upon each Agreement extension.
