Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Resurfacing of the Boulevard walkway. The work to be performed shall consist of the furnishing of all labor,equipment, materials and all else necessary for the milling and resurfacing of approximately 1,900 square yards of asphalt walking path; approximately 570 lineal of HDPE drain pipe;and miscellaneous related and appurtenant work. The Contract must be completed within 30 calendar days commencing 20 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Notice of Award. All bids shall be made on the forms furnished and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with the name and address of the Bidder, the name of the Owner, the Contract Number and Title.Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) (not to exceed $20,000) of the total bid, payable to the Owner, as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to the Bidder he will enter into a contract with the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish payment and performance bonds each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%)of the contract award. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, as set forth in the Contract Documents, the right being reserved by the Borough to reject all proposals or any proposal which may be informal or the acceptance of which for any other reasons would be detrimental to the best interests of the Borough, and to waive informalities.
