Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Bowerston, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Project includes setting trusses on an existing flat roof structure, metal roofing, metal siding and insulation installation. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 08/04/2025 at 4:00 PM ET The engineer will accept questions for this project by submitting any questions in writing to mail@wequicksall.com. Owner requires this project to be completed no later than November 21, 2025. Bids shall be subject to the condition that the right is reserved to hold bids for a period not longer than 60 days after date of opening and/or to award at any time during the period. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates for Harrison County will be applicable to this project. An actual hard copy of the applicable wage rates will be provided to the successful bidder by the owner. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and responsible, responsive bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
