Includes 2,200 LF of pipe replacement, approximately 10,000 LF of pipe lining, manhole rehabilitation and replacement. Also, a pump station rehab and replacement. Contractor responsible for by - pass pumping throughout entire project. Contract #2: Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements. Includes rehabilitation of existing lagoons, replacement of blowers, floating aeration, new valves and piping. Contractor also responsible to handle all sludge removal and disposal. The WWTP will include a new U.V. Disinfection System with tank, metering manhole and new sand filters Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions and Davis - Bacon wages, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, current DBE utilization goals, and the requirement for a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for 100% of the contract price.
