Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Grand Blanc is requesting Bids for the construction of the 2025 Street Improvements. There are approximately twelve (12) sections of residential (local) streets identified in this project for rehabilitation. The City desires to complete as many of these streets as possible with the funds allocated for this project. The scope of work varies for each street and includes cold-milling and resurfacing and full depth HMA pavement replacement. Isolated curb and gutter repairs are also included. The City reserves the right to award any combination of streets. All items identified on the bid form must be quoted in order for the bid to be considered responsive. The entire project will be awarded as one contract. The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Award will be considered by the City Council on August 13, 2025 with Notice of Award to follow. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Grand Blanc reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Grand Blanc.
