Grand Blanc Community School District will receive firm prime contractor bids for the labor, materials, equipment, and all other services to complete the High School East Science Rooms Renovations at 12500 Holly Road, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms furnished by the construction manager, completed in full--including the Familial Disclosure Statement and the Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, both notarized. A bid bond by a U.S. Treasury listed surety or a cashier's check of at least 5% of the proposal payable to Grand Blanc Community Schools must be included with each proposal exceeding $31,321.00. Successful bidders with proposals of $50,000 or more must provide a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond at 100% of their bid, with the bond's cost included in the proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informalities, and to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Owner. Renovation of existing (2) science rooms and associated lab preparation and storage rooms including new flooring, ceilings, science lab casework, and mechanical, plumbing, and electrical improvements.
