Renovation of a municipal facility in Thousand Oaks, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 30,745-square-foot municipal facility.
Design and Construction of a Microgrid Integrating a New Battery Energy Storage System (Bess), New Generator [dual-fuel (Natural Gas and Diesel) or Diesel-only] (Based on Existing Design), and Existing Solar Photovoltaic System at the Municipal Service Center. Base Agreement Will Only Include Procurement and Construction of Generator and Design of Bess and Microgrid. Procurement and Construction of Bess and Microgrid May Later Be Issued as an Amendment to the Agreement.
