The Project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing swimming pool Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Documents Notes : The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Sean Pickford, P.E. District Engineer at The Rend Lake Conservancy District, 11231 Marcum Branch Rd, Benton IL 62812, 618-439_ 4321, spickford@rendlake.org. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00am thru 4:00pm, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidders may contact the District Engineer, Sean Pickford, at (618)439-4321 with questions about the bid. Only those questions addressed in a written addendum to all bidders shall be considered to modify these bid specifications.
