Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Evanston, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Work on this project includes the installation of mechanical roller shades and associated controls and equipment in three areas at the Robert Crown Community Center. Note that areas of the building already contain Somfy brand automated roller shades, and the new rollers shades should integrate with that system. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. The Evanston City Council also reserves the right to award the contract to an Evanston firm if that firm's bid is within 5% of the low bid. M/W/D/EBE GOAL The City of Evanston has a goal of awarding 25% of its contracts to MinorityOwned, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged Enterprise and Evanston-based businesses (M/W/D/EBEs).
