The City of Evanston's Public Works Agency is seeking proposals from experienced firms for: Professional engineering services to provide design and construction services to replace the High Lift Pump #7 natural gas engine. The design shall be conducted based on generally accepted Water Sector guidance documents, procedures, and Best Practices. All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the City of Evanston Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. The Evanston City Council also reserves the right to award the contract to an Evanston firm if that firm's bid is within 5% of the low bid. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Question Deadline 08/01/2025
