The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: 1) An effective full-service maintenance program for all campus elevators to ensure safe and consistent operation; 2) Managing, maintaining and report of effective maintenance program for campus elevators; 3) Emergency and regular repairs of campus elevators; 4) Emergency response to entrapments and other issues with campus elevators; and 5) Support of Auburn University events with standby elevator technicians. A certified check or bid bond payable to Auburn University in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder s proposal. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the Contract. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms or copies thereof furnished by the Architect.
