The work to be done consists of supplying all labor, methods or processes, implements, tools, machinery, and equipment to construct ADA compliant pedestrian paths, berms, retaining walls, driveway modifications, pedestrian-activated in-roadway warning lights crosswalk, signage, utility cover adjustments, traffic striping and markings and other work not specifically mentioned herein, but which may be required as directed by CITY or its designated representative The successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, as well as a performance bond conditioned upon the faithful performance by the Contractor of all requirements of the Contract Documents, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. City has determined that the Contractor shall possess a valid Class A - General Engineering Contractor License at the time that the bid is submitted and at all times it is performing the Work.
