Reference Number 0000396765 Purchase Type Duration: 3 years This RFP is a reissue of a previous solicitation for on-call property abatement services. The prior RFP included demolition and other nuisance-related services. Due to limited response for mowing and vegetation cleanup, the City of Clovis is issuing this revised RFP focused solely on mowing, weed abatement, and related vegetation control services. Demolition and non-vegetative cleanup services are not part of this RFP. Prior to commencing work, contractors will undergo a mandatory training session to ensure familiarity with city ordinances. Contractors will be required to perform work in a timely manner while providing satisfactory results. All workers shall adhere to City policies and staff instructions while performing duties as representatives of the City of Clovis. This is a reissue of a previously advertised RFP. Vendors who did not respond previously are encouraged to review and submit under the updated solicitation.
