Renovation of a fire / police facility in Gallatin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
*As of August 26th, 2025, the project was awarded to H & T Carpet, with an awarded amount of $11,927.15.** The City of Gallatin Fire Department is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of flooring at Fire Hall #3 and Fire Hall #4. The selected vendor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the installation of flooring in two Fire Halls, as outlined below: - Install approximately 6,350 square feet of 20 Mil VCT (Vinyl Composition Tile) flooring. - Install approximately 1,560 linear feet of 4" cove base. - Provide all necessary floor preparation and installation materials. - Submit a detailed cost breakdown (materials and labor) for each location. - Furniture and appliance relocation will be handled by Fire Department personnel; vendors are not responsible for moving any items. The City of Gallatin reserves the right to: - Accept or reject any or all proposals. - Waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. Award of the contract will be made based on the proposal that best meets the needs and interests of the City, as evaluated per the criteria listed above
