Make check payable to Cauthen & Associates, LLC. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required from plan rooms not listed in the advertisement as already having bidding documents. Each prime bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid. Bid Bonds and Performance and Payment Bonds must be secured by a guaranty or a surety company listed in the latest issue of U.S. Treasury Circular 570 and shall be within the maximum amount specified for such company in said Circular 570.
