TCUD intends to acquire an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system and automated meter readers, equipment , hardware, related products, software, training and services (collectively, the AMI System), for its approximately 2,200 water meters. TCUD is seeking proposals for the development and implementation of an AMI System from bona-fide, qualified vendors/firms . This proposal does not include the installation of the automated water meters. Question Deadline 08/14/2025 All questions regarding this Advertisement for Proposals shall be addressed in writing to John Sparks (jsparks@neel-schaffer.com) at least ten business days before the proposals are due. All questions will be answered via an addendum submitted to all vendors which have submitted Intention to Propose Letters at least three business days before the proposals are due. TCUD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informalities in any proposal.
