Contractor shall provide all labor, including travel and per diem, materials, Non consumable supplies, transportation, equipment, and every other item necessary to provide maintenance, testing, inspection, certification, and repair services of all backflow prevention devices as specified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Ironwood State Prison (ISP), located at 19005 Wileys Well Rd, Blythe CA 92225 & Chuckawala Valley State Prison (CVSP) 19025 Wileys Well Road, Blythe, California, 92226. Anticipated Date for Commencement of Services Upon Approval Term End Date of Agreement June 30, 2028 Letters of Inquiry Submission Date August 7, 2025 In accordance with the provisions of Section 1774 of the California Labor Code, the Contractor and any subcontractors shall conform to the general prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. Copies of the wage rate determinations or any amendments thereto issued by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations are on file with CDCR. As required by Government Code 14838, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) is required to meet the State's twenty-five percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation requirement. Certified SBs and micro-businesses (MB) are encouraged to submit bids. See Small Business Preference Program Section, in this IFB for requirements.
