The Department of California Highway Patrol (Chp) Invites Prospective Bidders to Review and Respond to the Attached Entitled, CHP Blythe Area Office Water Testing and Ice Machine Maintenance Services. When Preparing and Submitting a Bid, Compliance With the Instructions Found Herein is Imperative. The agreement term may change if CHP makes an award earlier than expected or if CHP cannot execute the agreement in a timely manner due to unforeseen delays. CHP reserves the right to extend the term of the resulting agreement as necessary to complete or continue the services. Agreement extensions are subject to satisfactory performance, funding availability, and possibly approval by Department of General Services (DGS).
