The project work consists of: installation of 17,110 lineal feet of 8" C900 DR-18 piping, 10,130 lineal feet of 6" C900 DR-18 piping, 90 lineal feet of 4" C900 DR-18 piping, 12 fire hydrants, all necessary valves and fittings, and related work. It is the responsibility of each prospective bidder to verify the completeness of their printed Bidding/Contract Documents prior to submitting a bid and accompanying executed addenda acknowledgment forms. Neither Lake County nor its agents assume any liability or responsibility for defective or incomplete copying, excerpting, scanning, faxing, downloading or printing of the Contract Documents. Bidders must be prequalified. The prequalification form is included in the Bidding Documents. This contract is for public work and is subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 regarding prevailing wage rates. A bid bond is required. Lake County reserves the right to reject any or all bids not in compliance with prescribed bidding procedures and requirements and other applicable laws, and Lake County may reject for good cause any or all bids upon the finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Lake County may waive any informality in the bidding process. The First-Tier Subcontract Disclosure Form, which can be submitted separately, is required at 4:00 P.M. on August 7, 2025.
