Water System Improvements - 2025 - Schedule B - Water Treatment Facility, Transmission Lines, and Well Pump Stations The Project includes the following Work: The Work for this Contract generally involves construction of water system improvements including a new water treatment facility, water transmission lines, and well pump stations. The Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of approximately 1,835 linear feet (LF) of 16-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water transmission line, 330 LF of 10-inch PVC water transmission line, and 90 LF of 8-inch PVC water transmission line; construction of a 1,750 gallons per minute water treatment facility to remove iron and manganese and a waste solids evaporative pond; the design, manufacture, and erection of a welded steel equalization and reclaim water storage tank; construction of approximately 960 LF of 6-inch gravity sanitary sewer and associated manholes; installation of submersible pumps, column pipes, pitless adapter units, and valve vaults for two new water supply wells (Wells No. 10 and 11); improvements to the existing Well No. 9 Pump Station; construction of an access road; installation of electrical, controls, and instrumentation; monitoring and telemetry work; fencing; and painting; together with all other Work required to complete the Project as shown on the Drawings and specified herein. The Owner has procured a water treatment equipment package for installation by the Contractor. The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. This Project is being funded through the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds from the American Rescue Plan Act.
