This Project Was Funded in Part by the Oregon State Lottery and Administered by the Oregon Business Development Department. The Project Consists of Upgrades to the Existing Fire Sprinkler System for the Main Grandstand Structure at the Lake County Fairgrounds. The First-tier Subcontract Disclosure Form, Which Can Be Submitted Separately, is Required at 4:00 P.m. On November 10, 2025. This Contract is for Public Work and is Subject to Ors 279c.800 to 279C.870 Regarding Prevailing Wage Rates. A Bid Bond is Required. Neither Lake County Fair Board Nor Its Agents Assume Any Liability or Responsibility for Defective or Incomplete Copying, Excerpting, Scanning, Faxing, Downloading or Printing of the Contract Documents. Lake County Fair Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Not in Compliance With Prescribed Bidding Procedures and Requirements and Other Applicable Laws, and Lake County Fair Board May Reject for Good Cause Any or All Bids Upon the Finding That It is in the Public Interest to Do So. Lake County Fair Board May Waive Any Informality in the Bidding Process.
