Renovation of a multi-residential development in Beaver, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The objective for this project is to provide professional services for Boiler and HVAC Renovations at several Housing Authority sites. For Boiler Renovations the sites include Rocco Bovalino Jr. Apartments, Gordon Camp Family, Economy Village. The sites included for HVAC Renovations include Morado Dwellings, Pleasantview Homes, Gordon Camp Family, Economy Village, Crestview Village, Linmar Terrace, and Linmar Terrace Extension. Question Deadline 08/18/2025 Any questions about all sections of the contract prior to submission of bids by the contractor shall be in writing and received by the Executive Director at least ten (10) days prior to opening of bids. Boiler Renovations at Rocco Bovalino Apts, Gordon Camp Family Apts and Economy Village and HVAC Renovations at Morado Dwellings, Pleasantview Homes, Gordon Camp Family Apts, Economy Village, Crestview Village, Linmar Terrace and Linmar Terrace Extension A fifteen percent (15 %) bid bond is required for this project.
