Reference Number 0000393456 CONTRACT 1-GC: Open-Cut replacement of +/- 1,500 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer main, installation of 14 sanitary sewer manholes. CONTRACT 2-GC: Trenchless rehabilitation of +/- 18,500 LF of 8-Inch sewer pipe, +/- 1,000 LF of 10-inch sewer pipe with cured-in-place lining and 80 vertical feet of cured-in-place sewer manhole lining. Question Acceptance Deadline 08/27/2025 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least five (5) percent of the amount of the Bid payable to the Town of Newburgh as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will, within fifteen (15) days after the award of the Contract, execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds and Certificate(s) of Insurance. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this Project. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED: Town of Newburgh hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Owner. New York State certified MWBE participation goals for this contract are 30%.
