BPLD is seeking a vendor to complement it's existing work and commitment to the community with the replacement and refresh of the audio and video equipment in four meeting spaces in the Main Library. All four spaces will be quoted together and installed per the winning bid. The spaces have existing equipment installed approximately 10 years ago, mostly consisting of Crestron and Extron hardware. The goals of this project are as follows: o To modernize our ageing equipment to take advantage of the advancement of audio video technology. o Install systems that are up-to-date and future ready regarding extensibility and maintenance. o Take our experience with these spaces over the past decade and focus on the core functionality that our staff and patrons need. We can offer a facility tour within the first week after the RFP is posted. Total project cost not to exceed 150,000 USD.
