Reference Number 0000298079 The Consultants will be required to provide “as and when required Architectural and Engineering consulting services in support of the following types of projects in the Nunavut territory: Architectural: New construction, retrofits, repairs. Civil Engineering Services (Permafrost zones): Limited to underground utilities, fencing, storm drainage and road construction in support of vertical infrastructure; Electrical: Power distribution including distribution panels, power panels, transformer, lighting, low voltage cabling, intrusion alarm/access control and inspection; Fire and Life Safety: Compliance inspection, fire safety plan review, strategic and technical advice, or guidance; Structural (including foundations in permafrost zones): Inspection, design, detailed condition assessments for super and sub structures including communication towers; Mechanical:Power generation and UPS, fuel storage, inspection and distribution/pumping, plumbing, HVAC; Environmental Services; Geotechnical Services; Land Surveying services; Regulatory Compliance Audit ; Management Services; Preparation of Statement of Requirement OR Construction Requirement; Options Analysis; Preparation of Concept; Cost Estimation; Preparation of Construction Documents OR of Performance Specifications. Tender Phase Services; and Construction Phase Services It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in Fall 2025/Winter 2026. This is conditional on receiving approval to proceed by the Department of National Defence (DND).
