The Contractor shall provide general building maintenance services for the City of Iqaluit's municipal facilities under a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for 9 months term. The primary objective is to ensure that municipal buildings remain safe, fully functional, and visually presentable. Services will be initiated through a Work Order Request Form, authorized by the Facilities Manager or their designate. The Contractor shall perform a broad range of tasks including interior and exterior renovations, minor construction work, and overall maintenance duties. All work must comply with applicable codes, municipal by-laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and quality standards. Last Day for Proponent Questions July 24, 2025.
