Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Supply/deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "a" Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before September 5, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. The Maximum Liquidation Damage Charge at Any Given Time Shall Be Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: October 31, 2025.
