Design/Build project to complete several improvements to the existing Lake Manitoba First Nation school, including roof, doors/windows, mechanical and electrical systems. .1 The work of this contract consists of the supply of all labour, services, equipment, tools, transportation, taxes and incidentals, except as may be otherwise specified herein, and all necessary appurtenances as identified in Sections 1.3 through 1.5 of these Specifications. In general, the work includes, but is not limited to, the following: .1 mobilization to the site of the Work; .2 replacement of school roof, metal façade, and roof perimeter flashings; .3 assessment and replacement of exterior and interior doors, frames and/or hardware; .4 replacement of exterior windows; .5 replacement of mechanical systems not recently upgraded; .6 removal of abandoned equipment or accessories associated with older removed systems; .7 install electrical systems compatible with new equipment; The Bidder shall submit a bid security of 10% of the tender amount with its tender in the form of a bid bond or a security deposit.
