Waste site closure consisting of: - Clean up of all waste visible from the surface including windblown waste across the road etc. - Stripping cover material over the previously buried waste. - Re-location, placement and shaping of existing waste in stripped area. - Placing the previously stripped cover material over the mounded waste and supplementing with additional material from a borrow pit. - Topsoil, seeding and ditching. 2. Construction of a new Eco Depot Facility consisting of; - Construction of an access road. - Construction of bulk waste material storage areas. - Supply and placement of seacan containers for recyclable materials. - Supply and placement of a used oil storage tank. - Supply and placement of a pre-fabricated self-framed metal garage and office building. - Lighting and security camera installation. - Supply and placement of a skid-mounted washroom. - Topsoil, seeding, ditching and fencing. The policy shall be written on a form similar to that known and referred to in the insurance industry as IBC 2100-Commercial General Liability policy (Occurrence form) and shall provide for limit of liability of not less than $5,000,000 inclusive for Bodily Injury and Property Damage for any one occurrence or series of occurrences arising out of one cause.
