Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Skownan, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 8,019-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
ODK Engineering, on behalf of the Project Implementation Committee, are inviting qualified firms to submit Proposals to provide design-build services for a new Child and Family Services Prevention Building and related works according to the scope of services described hereinafter and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Tender Package document. Approval for the Project is subject to the discretion of the Project Manager and Project Implementation Committee on behalf of Skownan First Nation. This Tender Package creates no obligation on the part of the Owners to award a contract. The Owners through their Project Implementation Committee reserve the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals, in whole or in part, received as a result of this request, and to negotiate in any manner necessary to best serve the interest of the Project. The lowest price proposal, or any proposal, may not be accepted by the Owners. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/08/16 04:00:00 PM CDT The Bidder shall submit a bid security of 10% of the tender amount with its tender in the form of a bid bond or a security deposit.
