Reference Number 0000297059 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/14 04:00:00 PM CDT The Town of Carberry is seeking qualified and experienced HVAC contractors to provide mechanical services for a period of five (5) years. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for HVAC systems at all Town and jointly owned facilities. The successful bidder(s) will be required to provide, but not limited to, the following services: Routine maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems. Emergency repair services as needed, with a response time within 12 hours. Installation of new HVAC systems and upgrades. Compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. Troubleshooting and diagnostics of HVAC issues. Coordination with other service providers as necessary. Provision of required parts, fixtures, and supplies. The contract will commence on August 1, 2025, and will continue for a period of five (5) years, ending on July 31, 2030. Extensions may be considered based on performance and mutual agreement. The Town of Carberry reserves the right to: Reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons. Accept a tender in whole or in part. Negotiate with shortlisted bidders.
