Renovation of a municipal facility in Carberry, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Carberry is seeking qualified contractors to submit tenders for the removal and replacement of exterior siding, parging, and the replacement of four windows (three on the main floor and one in the basement) on a residential home with a total area of approximately 750 square feet. The successful contractor will be responsible for: Siding: Removal and disposal of existing siding. Supply and installation of new D5 vinyl siding (color to be confirmed). Installation of appropriate weather barriers and flashing (around doors, windows and misc.). Parging: Removal of any damaged or loose material. Surface preparation and application of new parging to foundation walls. Windows: Removal and disposal of three main floor windows and one basement window. Supply and installation of energy-efficient, code-compliant replacement with dual low E PVC slider renovator style windows. Sealing, insulation, and finishing of window openings.
