Construction of a new seasonal washroom and shower facility at the Carberry Campground in Carberry, Manitoba. The work generally includes construction of the washroom and shower facility, water, sewer and electrical service connections, site preparation and concrete works, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, permits, inspections and commissioning, and final cleanup and closeout requirements. Mobilization, site layout, construction fencing, and temporary facilities, as required. 2.2. Locates and hydro vac, as required. 2.3. Site preparation, excavations, subgrade preparation, granular base, thickened edge slabon -grade foundation, perimeter concrete apron and reinstatement of disturbed areas. 2.4. Construction of new wood-framed building including all interior finishes. 2.5. Tie into shallow buried water, sewer and electrical services. 2.6. Permits, inspections, commissioning, testing, training, warranties, maintenance manuals and final cleanup. 2.7. If the Authority having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requires amendments to the drawings, the Owner's Consultant will work directly with the Contractor.
