The successful contractor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, permits, traffic control, and supervision necessary to Directional drill a 6 water main fire line and two (2) 9 Macavity hydrants that are restrained and thrust blocked Stub second hydrant for future connections Ensure uninterrupted access and safety along roadways Protect existing infrastructure and restore disturbed areas Conduct pressure testing, flushing, dewatering and commissioning This tender involves installing a fire line beginning at Baron Bay, proceeding as follows Begin at existing Baron Bay hydrant Run a fire line and install two fire hydrants located at Kingsnorth Bay Key Requirements Provide efficient routing between Baron Bay and both hydrants Ensure balanced water distribution to both hydrant points Minimize excavation footprint and restoration requirements Supply and installation of a permanent fire line and two hydrants in Kingsnorth Bay, including directional drilling, hydrant installation, testing, and site restoration.
