Site work and paving for a road / highway in St Davids, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Town of Fort Erie is requesting the tender for the permanent closure of a portion of Sherkston Road (Point Abino Road to Michener Road), installation of a new stone driveway, and reconfiguration of the existing road right-of-way. Deliverables include a physical road closure, construction of a compacted granular stone driveway for access to the existing house, and redefinition of the municipal road allowance through asphalt removal and grading work. All necessary permits, approvals, and notifications to residence prior to construction start, are to be completed. Final deliverables include restoration of disturbed areas, and coordination of inspection for municipal acceptance. Question Deadline Date: 08/05/2025 02:00:00 PM ET All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $10,000.00 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and the lowest or any submission will not necessarily be accepted.
