The Dbe Goal for This Project is 0%. There is a Voluntary 10% Sbe Goal on This Project. The Agency Reserves the Right to Supplement the Consultant Agreement Into Future Phases, Right of Way (Rw) and Construction (Cn). The City of Camas, in Accordance With the Provisions of Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252,42 U.s.c. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, Hereby Notifies All Bidders That Will Affirmatively Ensure.
