Discarding of all demoed material, trash, excess material, etc. Prep subfloor for new installation Provide process. Examples include, but are not limited to assessment, coordination with City personnel, project stages. Color & Design: Provide options Brand: List product and full specifications for selected materials that your company proposes for the purpose of this project. Includes replacement of 4" cove base throughout applicable areas of the project. Submittals will need to be approved by City of Bryan before application of product. Provide product cure time Notes Furniture and book moving is excluded from the project. Awarded vendor should anticipate coordinating with City personnel for furniture moving timelines. Hard surfaced brick paver flooring at entrances on the first floor is excluded from the scope. The Service Provider agrees to provide Removal & Installation of Flooring at Clara B Mounce Library, located at 201 E 26 th Street, Bryan, Texas.
