This project is subject to prevailing wage and will be registered with the DIR. All prospective consultants shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all RFP documents posted on the online website for the Project. The solicitation documents include, but are not limited to, the RFP. Consultants shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the online system. Consultants will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the online system. Consultants shall upload each required RFP form individually. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the proposal submission deadline.
