The project is expected to be awarded on September 11th, 2025.** The City of Panama City Beach is accepting electronic (e-submission) and sealed Bids for the installation of a perimeter security fence with multiple access gates at the Wastewater Treatment Facility. The work shall include, but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of the existing fence and gates. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, supplies and labor. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, with respect to Public Entity Crimes. Each bidder must comply with all applicable state and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of contractors doing business in Florida. The City shall award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
