As of December 08, 2025, the project was awarded to Holley Development Corporation, with an awarded amount of $568,052.17. The project involves the construction of a new Fleet Maintenance Building to support City operations. The facility will be an approximately 6,000 square foot pre-engineered steel structure. It is designed to accommodate vehicle maintenance bays, various support spaces, and related site improvements. Scope of Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the project as shown in the construction documents. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. A PERFORMANCE BOND and a PAYMENT BOND each in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT PRICE, with a corporate surety approved by the OWNER, will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. The City of Panama City Beach ("City") reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. BIDDERS must submit all questions, if any, in writing by 12:00 PM CDT, NOON on October 17, 2025.
