The project is expected to be awarded on October 9, 2025.** The City of Panama City Beach is accepting sealed bids for the renovation of the Lyndell Conference Center restrooms and lobby area located at 423 Lyndell Lane, Panama City Beach, Florida. The Work consists of remodeling two restrooms and the lobby to include the replacement of ceiling tiles. Approximate square footage covered in the project is 923 SQFT. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to complete the project. BIDDERS must submit all questions, if any, in writing by 12:00 PM CDT, NOON on September 10, 2025.
