Contract Bid Schedule A TSA Tenant Improvement: Remodel of an existing office area including removal of doors and walls; steel stud and gypsum wallboard infill; patching and painting of walls; replacement of carpeting, resilient flooring, resilient base, and suspended ceiling tiles; upgraded door hardware and access controls; HVAC ductwork modifications; light fixture replacement; additional power and data outlets; video surveillance equipment; video intercom system; and panic system. Contract Bid Schedule B Baggage Security T.I.: Demolition of the existing TSA offices, repainting of perimeter walls, cleaning and sealing of concrete, addition of coiling door, painting and relocation of above ceiling low voltage systems. This Request for Proposals is subject to the Prevailing Wage Laws of the State of Washington for projects located in Douglas County. Any bid you submit must reflect a rate not less than this amount. These bids may be reviewed for compliance during routine audits by the state examiner from the Washington State Auditor s office. The CDRPA reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with the Contractor for noncompliance with the Prevailing Wage Laws.
