The Project to be completed on or before November 20th , 2025. Remove, and salvage where noted, existing access flooring, ramps, handrails, walls, lights, ductwork, carpet, etc. in preparation of new work. Provide ramp, handrails, access flooring, carpet, framed walls, doors, relites, act tiles, etc. Paint and stain doors and walls as scheduled. Relocate existing HVAC diffusers and grilles, existing lights and provide new switching. Provide new fixtures and electrical outlets as needed. No formal walkthrough of the space is scheduled. The suite is currently accessible and unoccupied. Arrangements for access if needed can be arranged with the Owner's Representative. This Request for Proposals is subject to the Prevailing Wage Laws of the State of Washington. Any bid you submit must reflect a rate not less than this amount. These bids may be reviewed for compliance during routine audits by the state examiner from the Washington State Auditor's office. The CDRPA reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with the Contractor for noncompliance with the Prevailing Wage Laws. CDRPA, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, select businesses, or disadvantaged business enterprises or airport concession disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
