Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
As of October 07, 2025, project was awarded to TMC Contractors LLC, but awarded amount is not available. The project is funded with local City funds. All work performed on the project will be subject to State prevailing wage rates. The Engineer s estimated range of probable cost is $400K - $500K. Proposals received after the time fixed for opening will not be considered. Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal. Checks shall be made payable to The City of Wenatchee. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the City of Wenatchee. The City of Wenatchee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding. The City of Wenatchee, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. Contractor shall assure to City of Wenatchee that all services provided through this contract shall be completed in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act ( ADA ) and Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board, Federal Register 36 CFR Parts 1190 and 1191, Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities; Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) Accessibility Guidelines; proposed rule, No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The major items of work include: Demolition, block wall, decorative fencing with concrete foundations, concrete curb gutter and sidewalk, landscaping and irrigation. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
