**As of November 14, 2025, this project bid date and time was extended till November 18, 2025 2:00 pm** The District is seeking a unit-price, as-needed contractor to perform utility civil work across Chelan and Douglas Counties. Typical tasks include excavation/trenching; installing conduit and utility structures; grading, backfilling/compaction, and surface restoration (lawn, asphalt, concrete, and gravel); and related civil work around existing District fiber, electric distribution/transmission, and water/wastewater facilities. Contractors should be experienced working in active utility corridors and restoring sites to pre-work condition while meeting District standards and safety requirements. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, supervision and specific materials to perform the Work outlined below, as shown on the Contract Drawings, if any, and as specified in the Contract Documents for the Unit Price Utility Civil Work Support, located in Chelan and Douglas Counties in the State of Washington. Services include, but are not limited to, installing conduit, setting utility structures, grading, backfilling, site restoration, and other civil work in and around existing utility infrastructure for the District's fiber optic network, electrical distribution and transmission, water/wastewater and other utility infrastructure systems. Work Summary: Work may include all aspects of utility infrastructure civil work support for the District's fiber optic, electrical, water, and wastewater systems, when requested by the District. A District-authorized Work Assignment must be issued to the Contractor before Work can commence (See Exhibit S, Specifications, Section 01 11 00 Appendix). No payment shall be made for any Work completed without a Work Assignment issued prior to starting any Work. Contractor shall submit with each invoice, the Work Assignment and Contractor Actual Cost Form (See Exhibit S, Specifications, Section 01 11 00 Appendix 2), and District provided Contractor's Application & Certificate for Payment (See Exhibit F). An estimate of labor and equipment may be requested at no additional cost to the District prior to beginning Work for an individual Work Assignment
