The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority (CDRPA) seeks a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to meet the business and operational needs for fire alarm monitoring and inspections. The work shall include 24-hour telephonic monitoring and annual inspections of CDRPA fire alarm systems in accordance with the bid documents and all applicable laws and regulations. Bidders are encouraged to procure the bid documents from the Contract Administrator or the CDRPA website. Bidders must acknowledge any addenda issued during bidding, and questions regarding the contract must be submitted in writing to the Contract Administrator. The initial term of the contract is one year, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
