Renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; and for the addition of a 24,000-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
The project consists of the construction of a 2-story building addition (total of ~24,000 SF) attached to the existing Wenatchee Convention Center and Numerica Performing Arts Center. The upper level of the expansion will add three breakout rooms, pre-function space, back of house space, kitchen expansion, additional IT and electrical rooms and an office. The lower level of the expansion will add restrooms, additional pre-function area, and an unfinished assembly area. As of January 21, 2026, this project has been completed.
